Leo is a 8-year-old chestnut american quarter horse gelding standing 15 hands. Finished ranch and trail broke, with a kind, ranch-raised outlook. A true all-around gelding that is the real deal. Whether you want to ranch, rope, show, or pleasure ride, Leo will be your go-to gelding. Anything you want to do on horseback, this guy is willing and capable of getting done. He's extremely stylish and fun to work cows on, just put your hand down, and he can hold the toughest cow from the herd. Huge, deep stop and very cow smart. Leo is the ideal ranch horse and is fancy enough for the bossman to ride. He has been used for all aspects of ranch work—sort, drag, doctor, and works a rope well. He pulls strong from the horn and can handle big cattle. Leo has been started well on the head side out of the box and used for breakaway. Stands like a wooden Indian in the box, leaves flat, and has a lot of rate, very easy for anyone to rope on. He is the same way every trip. Leo has a fancy handle, rides right in between the bridle reins, and goes right where you point him. He is good with gunfire. He is kind, super gentle, and honest as the day is long. Safe every day for any level of rider, even with time off. Leo has been fully vetted and radiographs clean.
