Bishop is a 10-year-old palomino american quarter horse gelding standing 14.3 hands. Finished ranch and trail broke, with a kind, ranch-raised outlook. He has the color and conformation you look for, a soft, kind eye, pretty head, good withers, and a huge hip. Bishop is as gentle and easy, going a gelding as you'll find, staying quiet and gentle with little riding or time off. If you can hold his reins, you can ride him. He is honest and forgiving, great outside, and nothing bothers him. He's good around busy traffic, loud gunfire, blowing tarps, and crazy dogs. With lots of outside miles, he goes right where you send him without hesitation. Bishop has a reining handle with a big stop, lots of turnaround, and lopes very comfortable and quiet on a loose rein. He has been ridden in parades and used on movie sets—a been-there-done-that type of horse. Used all over the ranch, he has worked an unlimited amount of cattle and is great in the pens.
