Bugsy is a 6-year-old buckskin american quarter horse gelding standing 14.2 hands. Finished ranch and trail broke, with a kind, ranch-raised outlook. Hands down one of our all-time favorites. As wide as he is tall, don't let his size fool you; he can do anything the big boys can. Bugsy is so versatile, he ropes, reins, cuts, ranches, and trail rides, and does it all outstandingly. Happy and willing to do anything you want on horseback, he has the most charming personality and never has a bad day. Bugsy comes puppy-dog gentle with exquisite ground manners and rides quiet and safe for kids, grandmas, and beginner riders. He never tries to outthink you, just wants to get along. He's a great insurance policy for a timid or uncertain rider, yet has the tools to step up and get any job done. He'll go as slow or fast as you ask. You can cut a cow on Bugsy blindfolded, he's been used all over the ranch to gather and sort cattle and is extra fun in the sorting pens. He has been roped on in the arena and pasture, and is a solid heel horse ready to haul. He would also make a phenomenal breakaway horse, with deep, strong stops. Perfect in the box and easy to rope on, Bugsy is a very handy and useful ranch horse. He ground ties where you drop a rein and easily side passes to open and shut gates. With a fancy handle and good neck rein, he's simple and easy to operate, no tricks or funny business. Smooth and comfortable to ride, he goes right where you point him, eager to do so, never saying no. Everyone loves this guy. He's a one-stop shop for even the most discriminating buyers. Bugsy will not disappoint, we give him an A+ across the board. A once-in-a-lifetime kind of gelding.
